He purchased needed materials at a reasonable cost, set date and time to do the work, and was on the job at the set time. The work was completed that day to my satisfaction. The site was cleaned up, all tools, etc packed up and no trash left around my home. Grout looks matched, and neat and hard to close doors now close easily. His company offers a variety of home repairs and services."

"Affordable Heating and cooling out of Paris. Gave us bid May to replace ductwork Posting this so others know. They gave us a bid months ago, missed the first 3 scheduled installs, said they had an accident on the 4th scheduled and said they would install in June. Here it is July and still no install. What kind of business does not honor their own words?? They do not return calls, text or voicemail. Its really sad since they are family owned. "We began the building process of our new home in December of 2015 and move in in July 2016. I decided to not post negative reviews at the time because I had been so distraught during the process I just wanted to forget about the whole process and move on but today is the day to leave the review. The entire home building process was a nightmare from the beginning to end. The first issue was with basement door framed out to the wrong size, installed and charged for retaining walls without any communication to us after we specifically stated we did not want retaining walls. We had several windows and doors not centered properly. They installed the wrong tile in guest bathroom. And these were just a few of the issues we had during the build. I guess the one main issue was with the owner of the company and the way we were treated. We were told to not go to the home everyday and look for mistakes and any mistakes would be taken care at the end of the process. He locked us out of our own home and would not let us in to see what was going on until he received his final payment. He wanted the final payment before the house was completed. It was an issue everyday of something being done wrong or him treating us terrible. We did not have one change order in the home but he kept telling us that he had $30,000 of his own money in this home. Now I am posting this today, 6 years later because we decided to have the metal replaced on all our door frames due to the metal work being so bad. After removing the metal wrapping we found all the garage doors and man doors to be rotting and all the door frames are going to have to be replaced after only 6 years. Please beware!!!!!"
