Can’t edge a straight line & left dripmarkes in the walls. He painted my home & I had to have it repainted!!!!! Learn from my expense mistake. "We contracted on 10/22/19 with Champion to have all the windows replaced in our home. It was nothing but errors after that point. Our salesman did not count our windows correctly (was off by two) and that had to be corrected before he got out the door. He also told us the windows would be installed by Thanksgiving. The next person to come to our house was a week later than expected. We then discovered that our salesman did not write in the correct column on the bid so grids had not been included. After getting that worked out we were told our windows were ordered but would not be installed until mid December. On 11/27 got a call from yet another person saying that **corporate** had kicked our contract back because the profit margins were too thin so Champion was backing out of our deal. We had a signed contract (which obviously meant nothing to them) and they had our 25% deposit since 10/21. Was told there was no recourse. We were treated badly through the whole process. I would caution anyone who is thinking of doing business with them that they cannot be trusted to stand by their signed contract and have little regard for the inconveniences they put homeowners through. Do not do business with this company."

"They did a fantastic job with my tub to stand-up shower conversion. My tub was an old cast iron tub, hard to get out and really heavy to remove. The debris and dust from the removal was clean- up and removed. It was like they had never been here and the new shower just appeared. Robert did check to make sure everything turned out to my satisfaction. The job did not take long, but waiting for material to come in was a long wait. This was worth waiting for!"
