He is a very poor communicator and letting you know when your job will be done. I realize that weather plays a factor in timing, however, this man did nothing to help indicate when they would be coming out until it was a week and a half before and even then he gave me incorrect information about when they would be out. Secondly, as a businessman, he thinks that the customer is there for the convenience of the owner rather than the other way around. He literally yelled at me over the phone and told me I was aggravating him and interrupti"
