"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Order arrived quickly - all in good condition. Have been using them for quite a while now. I love that the pieces lock together magnetically - so no sliding around. You can choose your colors: top and bottom. You do the measuring - they have instructions on how to do that - and it is very simple. Their order department was very accommodating when I called. "If you wouldâ ve stepped inside my townhome prior to Velvet Muse, you wouldâ ve thought I had just moved in (but the truth is Iâ ve lived here for little over 2 years). The interior was bland and quite the eye sore. I had ideas in my head and loved things that I would see while scrolling through Pinterest. But my interior decorating is a bit like my wardrobe- fashionably insensitive but Iâ m too cool to care. Velvet Muse took a blank canvas and turned it in to something that Iâ m proud of.
