"hese guys are amazing! Dakota is simply superb! He came right on time , was accurate with his diagnosis and came and got a pump installed on our property and other work in our cabin. Time was of the essence for me and he and Tyler made sure to take care of us ! He even checked other things like the dehumidifier in our crawl space for us while he was there . That is going above and beyond for customers . I wish other companies learn something from Mid Tenn solutions . Dakota and Tyler Rock!"

"Excellent communication. I was called ahead of the appointment window to provide a much more specific time of arrival within the appointment window. Water heater installation took about 3 hours from starting to drain to completion. I asked about and received a military discount which put their estimate below the other companies I called."

"Brad came out to service the pump in the basement of the house I rent, he was very helpful. Was willing to explain what was going on with it. Also even after running into some hiccups from other problems within the house he was still willing to help with solutions to get everything working again."

"Taylor, Eli, Alaina and Javi did excellent work encapsulating and waterproofing my basement. The membrane they installed not only protects my basement from water damage, the membrane makes the basement look a lot better. The work they did also protects my homes foundation from sinking. Sump Pump Installation questions, answered by experts

You should be fine. Most high-grade grinder pumps have a 24-hour holding capacity within the tank. You can continue to use the facilities so long as the power outage does not stretch into days. In a worst-case scenario, attach a generator to the grinder pump, providing it has sufficient electric capacity.

Every three to four months, you should clean any dirt and debris off of your sump pump. You should also check the inlet screen (at the bottom of the pump) to make sure that it isn’t blocked. On top of that, you should deep clean your sump pump once per year—or hire a sump pump pro to do it for you.

A sewage ejector pump is necessary if you have any plumbing fixtures, such as a bathroom, laundry room, or sink, located below the level of your home's main sewer line. Standard plumbing relies on gravity to drain wastewater and solid waste into the municipal sewer system or a septic tank. For fixtures below this level, like those in a basement, gravity cannot move the waste upward. The ejector pump provides the force needed to pump the sewage up to the main line. Without one, wastewater from below-ground fixtures would back up, potentially causing a sewage overflow and flooding. If all of your plumbing is on the main floor or higher, gravity is sufficient and an ejector pump is not needed.

Yes, many modern water pumps are designed with energy efficiency in mind. Look for pumps with high efficiency ratings or those with an Energy Star certification. These pumps consume less power and can reduce your utility bills. Additionally, variable-speed pumps are more efficient since they can adjust the flow based on demand, providing significant savings over time.

A sewage ejector pump is necessary if you have any plumbing fixtures, such as a bathroom, laundry room, or sink, located below the level of your home's main sewer line. Standard plumbing relies on gravity to move wastewater and solid waste to the municipal sewer or septic tank. However, for fixtures located below grade (e.g., in a basement), gravity is not sufficient.

The purpose of a sewage ejector pump is to actively pump this wastewater and solid waste upward into the main sewer line. Without an ejector pump in this situation, wastewater would have no way to exit and would eventually back up, causing a sewage overflow or flooding in your basement. If all of your home's plumbing is on the main floor or higher, gravity can handle the drainage, and an ejector pump is not needed.
