Once we got established here in the mountains of TN it became clear that the water quality needed amending so we reached out to Kinetico and they put us in touch with Aqua Clear Water Systems. As with our prior purchase, the Kinetico way is to never â upsellâ but to go through the line of options for water treatment in relation to the results of their thorough water testing process. "I was getting sick because of unclean water where I live -Fairfield Glade. I asked TDEC to do something but Brock Hill wouldn’t return my phone call because of his sexual harassment of workers which got him fired. Then Crab Orchard Utility Director was never there so I couldn’t ever talk to him and my messages were never given to him about water issues. I called the Fairfield Sewer Department to see if there may be a link to the sewer and the water and they wouldn’t come out. At least I never saw them. After Halls Water installed the softener and filter I received an email saying we all in Fairfield needed to do certain things to keep sewer clear and water clean because the sewer was interfering with the water. The only issue I’ve had is after these guys came out and rebooked the fridge part of my fridge went out which is fixed.. Not complaining because I can actually drink water now and I’m really enjoying it!"

Although Will, our installation guy, had gotten delayed everything turned out well. From the time Will arrived, he was very professional, neat as he kept cleaning up any mess made and took time to answer any/all questions which we both had. We had another competitor, started with a C, while in East TN and loved the system with not too many issues. However, upon doing research here and having a water bill, the fact that Kinetico uses the force of the water for regeneration and to clean only made sense; plus the fact that it uses very little water, purified water as well in order to clean - this was important to us. We've not seen our water bill increase but a few cents and three months later, still not had to add salt. GREAT JOB!"
