He was very accommodating to my schedule, he came out to look/measure the job that same day! Very knowledgeable about the business & what needed ro be done. He didn't try too make me spend any extra money on things that I didn't need! I wasn't pressured into doing anything. This was by far the best experience I have had on repairs to my home & surrounding areas. I recommend Serati to do any work you need. "I can't help but wonder if the overpriced service wound have been cheaper else where.The provider came and gave an estimate for the services. Basically, they are a middleman between the provider of the actual service and the consumer. Highland was very prompt and everyone came to my house at the stated time. The service provided was decent and quick; however, a few days later my husband noticed some issues. The hinges on the closet door were installed backwards; still work but awkward. The door is slightly too big to close easily. The service provider was very nice, on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after himself.
