Called to talk to a supervisor and got a run around from terrible customer service person that told me they did not have a phone number for a supervisor. Got two "free" retreatments that burned my grass. Supervisor showed up unannounced at my house a month later after I cancelled my service. Too little, too late. Then I was charged $77 on my credit card 25 days after they told me my account was cancelled."

You can shape a cherry tree by trimming vertical branches, dense branches, and intersecting branches. Your personal aesthetic comes into play, as well. If you want to simply thin and shape the tree, you can get away with trimming the aforementioned parts of your cherry tree. A small, healthy tree growing close to your home isn’t usually a problem. You can trim just one side of the tree, especially when that side is growing near something like a power line or a home. Pros will carefully trim the tree back until it is safe from that structure. Make your hinge a little longer than usual by cutting it deeper (up to 30% of the diameter) and applying a wedge into the felling cut on the side the tree is leaning. Stand away from the direction the tree leans while making your felling cut.

The best tool to cut trees is a chain saw. You can adjust your chain saw to the correct size based on the size of the branches, offering you the fastest and cleanest cut for medium- to large-sized trees. Depending on the type of chainsaw you use, you can cut through larger trees than you would with a more manual tool like an ax.
