He made up a cat 5 cable for us to hook the internet to the phone and he explained all the features. He also called back to make sure we didn’t run into any problems. It was started in June of 2009 with the intent to be the quality leader in the used cell phone and cell phone repair market in the Midwest. With the cost of new cell phones continuing to rise, the secondary market is gaining popularity. It just makes sense to repair a cell phone with quality parts over buying a new cell phone. The Cell Phone Guy started out as a one man shop, and has grown into a network of technicians and salesmen that know exactly what it takes to properly diagnose a cell phone problem and determine the proper course of action. The Cell Phone Guy is specialized in cell phone repair and can repair any and all cell phone issues. From basic phones to the most complicated smart phone no phone is out of the question with The Cell Phone Guy.

"My mother was given a “new” screen and noticed there was a small crack in the corner. She called to tell them and they said they were closed for the night and to bring it in the next day. She brought it in and the owner said she would have to pay for extra repairs THAT THEY CAUSED. They gave my mom a cracked screen and tried blaming her for it. So if you want to leave with a cracked screen, come here! OOOO and they “backed her stuff to the cloud” and she lost over 11,000 pictures and all of her contacts. Their response- “it’s not their fault info was lost” AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE THAT IT IS They quoted us a price of $130 and we left paying $223 after hidden fees. She left with a cracked phone just like she came in and now she lost everything on her phone. Read the reviews on any site and you’ll see just how crooked this place is. We are going to the business bureau and suggest anyone else who got screwed over to do the same. Get this place shut down before anyone else loses money"
