Auto Body Work
After the accident they worked with the insurance company so that our our car was repaired. Their work was exceptional and the car looks better now than when we purchased it. They also gave us a short list of problems that should be repaired that were not related to the accident

The cost was covered by the insurance. It went good. They've always done a good job. They normally do a really good job. They're timely. They got me in and got me out.

did an excellent job, repaired everything and billed my insurance - good driver policy (except this one incident :-) ) allowed me to not pay a deductible so no out of pocket. It was ready 1-2 days earlier than scheduled

This company was amazing! They went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. They worked with the insurance company to replace a part rather than repair; ultimately the company absorbed the cost of the part and the insurance company paid for the expedited shipping costs. Before getting it back to me, they went over the entire vehicle with a glaze and buff and they clear coated rock chips - none of it charged and none of it was from the collision.
They got my rig returned to me on a Friday, when it was scheduled to be the next Monday (3 days early) and even delivered it to my work! I received updates on my phone to keep me informed and was able to reach a human being the few times I did call.
I would use this company again and highly recommend their services.

Auto Body Work
The work they do is good - but gosh they are hard to communicate with. It is like they have been told what good customer service is but have a hard time executing it. For example a week and a half into having my car - they called and left a message that it was all going well - but never mentioned WHEN IT WOULD BE DONE! It seemed like it should have been done in a week or a week in a half, but they will have had my car two full weeks. It is such a hassle not having your car - and I would have liked to be contacted after a week telling me what was up.
They do work well with my insurance company - that and the quality of their work is why I would go back to them. But you must be a very patient person.
