"I recently had Black Diamond Roofing (BDR) repair an area on my roof were shingles had come loose and blown away due to very strong winds leaving my roof exposed. Once I reached out to BDR, Aaron promptly came out to view my damage and offered an estimate. Aaron was professional, friendly, upfront with costs, and detailed regarding the work. He even found rusty nails the previous roofing company left and brought a hand full down from my roof. I was super impressed with the customer service I received and I was scheduled within 2 weeks. Today the area on my roof, including some areas that needed to be fixed to the roof better was completed and it looks amazing!! I will no doubt call BDR in the future for all my roofing needs and always recommend their services. Owner was extremely knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions. NO pressure sale!! Most importantly, owner was on-site performing the install w/his crew no subcontractors. His craftsmanship attention to detail is precise. Impressive clean up of site afterwards. Thoroughly pleased."

"They replaced the garage roof at my home.  It took forever to hear from them once we signed the contract.  The Roof itself looks great.  They kind of just showed up whenever the mood struck.  No specific times were ever given, even after they told us they were coming to do the roof.  The price was not what was agreed upon in the contract.  I called & asked if it was possible to have an approximate date (even within a week) when they were coming & they flat out said "No".  Most of the roofers did not speak English, so that was a problem.  They did not do a good job of cleaning up after themselves.  If I had not looked in the driveway after they left, I would have run over a nail!!  There were also other stray nails on the sidewalk & in the grass.  They did not do a very good job of cleaning up the whole area.  They were great until they got the contract signed... then not so great."
