We bought a piece of land and built a brand new home Jesse and his crew were amazing we have had no issues with the house and the construction was top notch. I have been around construction my whole life and any issue I noticed Jesse was on top of and resolved it immediately we are very pleased with our home and highly recommend swett construction.

Jesse and his crew did a super job replacing the old shingles on my house and garage, upgrading my roof to Class 4 Impact resistant shingles, and installing a roof ridge vent to eliminate the old thru-roof vents. The whole crew was friendly and considerate. Clean-up was fantastic - I only found one roofing nail on the ground after they were done. Five stars for sure!!!

The company did everything as stated and when it was proposed to be done. Had house and roof inspected shortly thereafter for sale of home. The inspector indicated the roof was fine. I consider the company honest, timely, and competent. Would definitely use again.

We are very pleased with our roof. They also installed an attic fan. We also have doors and windows on order. They will be installing those as well.

Bent nails under the ridge cap making the shingle stick up that would cause water issues. Approximately 40 exposed nails on the roof of the house and another 30-40 exposed nails on the roof of the garage. Although they put a vented ridge cap on the garage, they did not cut away the tar paper underneath so the garage could actually vent. One edge line of the garage roof is not even close to being straight because the metal runner mounted underneath shingles is not correctly secured to the roof. All fascia was supposed to be removed, however, one section of the front of the house and the entire backside of the house, the fascia was not removed, this will cause more work for us when we go to re-side the house and replace new soffits and fascia. Almost 4 weeks of several un-kept promises to come over and fix the issues.

Our home was under contract and the roof needed to be repaired rather quickly to meet the terms of the purchase agreement. This team is amazing and the turnaround time is fantastic. Given that we are all the way in Texas, we had little to worry about from this company. We recommend to eveyrone!

Roofing crew were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. My house is a two story Victorian with dormers. several peaks and valleys. Quite challenging. They handled it very well. They kept me well informed as to what they were doing and why.

They were very knowledgeable about the installation methods & materials used. I really like the finished product.

What I liked about Jesse and his crew, he was a man of his word. When he said he would be here, he was. I noticed his boys worked great together and they all seemed to enjoy each other and they knew exactly what to do and got it done. I have a great looking roof and they also put on new gutters. One last thing, Jesse was great about going over everything before starting the job. Thanks Jesse & The Boys.
