"They came on time and were very confident about getting this issue resolved. At the beginning they were going to charge me 200.00. So as they were trying there best and with no success they pulled the toilet and then they recommended that this unit needed to be replaced. They quoted me there price and they recommended me to go and get one from Menards due to it being cheaper. They took the old toilet for me and explained all that I needed if I wanted to install it myself. I accepted the challenge and I did exactly what they told me to get and do. The best part was that.
