"Mad City did a fantastic job. They removed my old bathtub and tile and installed a beautiful bath surround. I chose Arctic Ice for the pattern. It is beautiful. "Previously, I had an uncovered front patio which created a flat, rather bland entrance to my home. To add depth and appeal, I had a vision of installing two columns, and flat roof with railing on top to create a more grand entrance. Walt showed up exactly on time to discuss the project, and easily related to my vision, even adding a few ideas. Additionally, I had severe rotting of the window frame above my front door, and there were several areas around the house where fascia/soffit rot needed to be replaced and gutters rehung. From the first day, Walt managed the project, and was there with his team working on every little detail. Bradley Construction wanted my business, and was very flexible with their bid. They were forthcoming with ideas about where savings could be achieved to fit within my budget. Most importantly, their quality of work is very good."

"Replaced a 3 hole faucet with a single hole faucet with motion sense. The plumbing technician was knowledgeable of this type install. Challenges that that had led me to hire a professional instead of doing a self install were easily resolved. Removal and replacement was completed as we discussed. He went over operation of the faucet and motion sense electronics with me after the install. Job was completed with time and cost as discussed prior to hire. Installed faucet looks great."
