"We reached out to another company also and the return calls were not timely and showing up was even worse. After getting the run around since November from another company that is always advertising and they initially answered then I got the run around and excuses. Then by April I gave up. I asked other people in my neighborhood and they recommended Hansen (Jace.) Once I called him, Jace answered and he explained the entire process throughly, an estimate was provided and the project was ready to start once we agreed on a date. I did a bit of research before I called Jace. I was very happy with his response time and he shows up when he said he would. Gave us a timeline and met the timeline a day early. I will say you get what you pay for with Jace. I am very satisfied with Hansen Pump and Well, LLC and the team he had working with him. Communication 10/10, work done 10/10, follow up 10/10. They told her they would be there yesterday and never showed up. Now she can't get them to return a phone call. It shouldn't say they are reliable.
