"Joe fixed our bathroom leak by replacing the faulty hardware with the proper hardware and patched the wall back up and repainted the wall (with the perfect color match) where he had to cut out to diagnose. You can’t even tell there was a hole there. Joe took the time to explain everything to me of what our issue was and how he fixed it. He was on time, explained how long the job will take, and very thorough. Very professional work. My husband and I will definitely use Cransten again for our house projects in the future. "They have not started on the project yet. They are coming as soon as the paperwork goes through for payment. Both companies gave a good presentation. I looked at 3 things. Presentation, assessment of work to be done, and cost. Cantey was too expensive. They were pushing for a piece of equipment to be buried under the house which I did not feel I needed because there was no water. The walls and crawlspace were dry. The one thing Mount Valley said that sold me was they wanted to put insulated treated boarding (forgot what they called it) on the walls and plastic over all of that, which is what I was thinking about. The difference in price was $9000. That also helped with my decision. I will write a review again after it is over. I was going to have 3 companies come and give me a price and how they would proceed. But I was very impressed with Mount Valley. Ask me again in 3 weeks."
