"Valdez Landscape & Fence L.L.C. Enrique Valdez, 864-684-8601 [email protected] Look no further, if your needing a high quality fence and a good price then Valdez Landscape & Fence is your company. Initially I contacted Angie and requested a number of fencing companies to contact me. By the next day I had a number of companies to contact me and schedule an appointment with me for a free estimate. Once meeting with each company. My final decision was to go with Valdez Landscape & Fencing company because of Enrique and his team and the reviews I read on them. Along with the fair price I was quoted. On the scheduled day of the fence install. Enrique and his team arrived at my home bright and early and ready to go. After talking with Enrique regarding a concern I had about installing a section of the fence up a small hill I have and how it would look. Enrique was creative enough and flexible enough to come up with a quick solution for installing the white vinyl fence on the small section of hill. They worked all day until the whole white vinyl fence was installed. And although I had concerns about how the fence would look, especially going up the hill. All I can say is that they “Did a beautiful job” with the whole fence installation project. And all my concerns were gone. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. The quality of workmanship, product, installation time and price, to me were all outstanding! Call Enrique at: Valdez Landscape & Fence L.L.C. Enrique Valdez 864-684-8601 [email protected]"

"David showed up on time and did some extra work like pick up drywall for me and deliver it , but the fence work was so-so. They didn't cut the bottoms of the new fence pieces off evenly with the old fencing, so I had to call them back to fix that, which they did. They installed a new gate handle and it was flimsily made and after 4 months, has now broken off, so I have to go replace that one. Nice guys overall, but workmanship needed a little polish."

Animal Fencing questions, answered by experts

There are several ways to make your yard a less attractive habitat for moles. Protect your garden beds by installing a fence or other barrier about 2 to 3 feet deep around your garden.

Moles eat insects, so grub removal is another important way to prevent moles from destroying your yard.

Likewise, remove tree stumps, dead leaves, and other debris that attract insects to your lawn. Some plants will deter moles as well, including daffodils, marigolds, crown imperial, and alliums, like garlic or onions.

Fencing is one of the most effective ways to keep deer out of your garden, but there are other ways to keep deer away. You could put together a homemade deer repellent mixture using household items that deer hate. Mix hot sauce, garlic powder, liquid dish soap, and water in a spray bottle and spray it onto your plants. It won’t harm your garden or any animals but it will deter deer from chowing down. You can also plant your garden strategically by creating a perimeter of plants that deer don’t like to eat, herbs like oregano, mint, sage, and thyme.

Unless foxes are a major threat or nuisance, living peacefully alongside them is often better. Reclusive foxes are rarely a risk to humans, and they can help keep rodent populations at bay and boost biodiversity in your yard. Plus, if you are a wildlife lover, there is the simple privilege and pleasure of watching a fox family interact right on your doorstep.

If squirrels set up a home in your attic, they can cause considerable damage. It’s not uncommon for them to chew holes in your roof, siding, or joists, and they can eat through electrical wiring. They might also travel to other parts of your home or into your wall cavities. Not to mention all that bacteria-filled feces and urine they spread around.

You can get rid of raccoons quickly by making your home an undesirable place to live. Here are the best ways to get rid of raccoons fast:

  • Repair broken vents and screens leading to your home.

  • Seal open access points into your home. Many raccoons sneak in through the attic, roof, or chimney.

  • Trim trees and branches so raccoons don’t have easy access to your roof and chimney.

  • Thoroughly clean out garbage cans, remove all trash, and secure the bins.

  • Don’t keep food or water outside.

  • Add raccoon guards to outdoor bird feeders.

  • Clean up brush around your home—raccoons like to gather loose yard materials for bedding.
