"Our heater's AUX heat was not working. They replaced the strips. Now the only thing that works is the AUX heat. Our cooling wasn't working. They charged the system, and it all leaked out. They said we had a leak in one place, and they fixed that, charged the system, and it all leaked out. Then it was another place. Then we had to replace the whole coil. They charged the system, and now our AC doesn't work either. And then several months after we paid, they called and wanted to charge us even more - said that they had forgotten to bill us for something. Not using these guys again. <br />show more

"As far as the actual work it was performed as scheduled except for the final air mold mold test results which were done approximately three weeks after the completion of the work. Also, my insurance adjuster wanted a more detailed description of the interior demolition and removal of materials. Per Stan, they do not give that detail, only the summary. Therefore, if you get a quote make sure it has details as for example how many square feet of molding or paneling, etc is included.show more

"Quick call back from quote requested from Angie's List. Appointment made within 3 days. Tech Pete and Austin arrived on time with professional vehicle and equipment and were obviously skilled and knowledgeable, courteous and well, just nice. They assessed situation and determined that cleaning from inside would work well and although a significant amount of soot and debris came down from the cleaning process, there was essentially no mess to clean up other than a vacuuming around the hearth as they were very careful to keep the debris within the firebox. Provided clear and complete report of condition of chimney and the maintenance performed. All accomplished within a very reasonable time for a reasonable price. Very pleased.
