Victor and his crew were timely and involved us in all decisions in the process. His attention to details and the quality of his work exceeded our expectations, The 6' privacy fence on a 1/4 acre yard wasn't likely to be the most challenging job that they took on recently, but their degree of professionalism in this job definitely recommend them for larger projects as well. We are definitely planing on contacting Victor and his crew for bigger construction projects in the future

The deck work was performed very professionally to produce a beautiful, well-crafted, work of art. We couldn't be happier. Care was given to each detail and it was a joy working with this provider and his highly skilled team of workers.

We liked what Victor did so much on the wine cellar that we decided to finish the laundry Kitchenette area. We started with one design. Victor later suggested an HVAC ducting rerouting which would enable a flat and level ceiling vs the original design. The cost was discussed. It was very reasonable. As we progressed the room was coming out so well, we decide to make it all dry wall vs. leaving paneling behind the appliance area. I told Victor we were considering adding a room between the wine cellar and the laundry kitchenette areas. He suggested to do it know while craftsman and equipment were on site. We agreed. That will be our next report

We called Victor in to discuss the project. He made suggestion to significantly improve design. We discussed item to eliminate to stay in budget. He came in and did the work in a timely manner. Along the way there were consultations about the work. We worked out some design changes like a ceiling tight fit. Every day the site was left clean. His crafts people stayed on site at lunch time eliminating community security concerns and requirements for all contractors. We provided coffee beverages and snacks which they loved and appreciated!!

His name was Victor Babak. He came up with a fantastic design and he was on time. The construction was amazing. He was very personable and kept us in the loop on what he was doing as he was doing it. We really liked his work. We would use them again and again and again. His price was reasonable and it was the best price we got of all the estimates.

They just did a wonderful job. We are thrilled. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up the site beautifully. They were here when they said they would be and finished when they said they would. We are going to hire them again.

Victor Babak installed a deck for us and integrated it with an exterior spiral stain case. His crew showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable and competitive vs. other quotations. The quality of the work was outstanding. The craftsman worked collaboratively on all aspects of the job. The precision and fits of the carpentry are the best of any work completed on our house. They were outstanding at following the stair case instruction manual. They kept the work area clean. They picked up after themselves each evening and met community requirement to stop work at 7 PM. I only wish all our other home owner projects could be completed with such satisfaction. We have recommended this company to some friends with out reservation.
