They were very clean and neat. They even covered their shoes when they came into my home. The job was relatively simple but they found the problem and then fixed it quickly. I also mentioned to them that I was having some trouble with my water pressure and they checked my pressure regulator for me, determined it was broken, and replaced it as well. Both the gentleman working and his helper were very good and courteous. I would definitely use them again in the future!

The leaking faucet was an easy repair and Kevin was able to do it very quickly. Fixing the lavatory faucets was redoing a job that had not been installed properly. It took some expertise outside normal plumbing to get this corrected. Kevin doubled down and got the job done. His charge I thought was very reasonable for what he did. Highly recommend him as someone to work in my house and as a craftsman,

Went totally great. Don't remember the price, but it was a fraction of Budget Plumbings price, and Budget didn't return my phone calls.

Very well. He arrived on time. Very polite and explained everything he was doing. He worked quickly and even entertained my disabled Dad's 20 questions. Kevin came back a few days later to clean up what fell out of the service cap. I suggest anyone needing a plumber to call Kevin first.

Very well. He was half the price of Budget Plumbing and 3/4 less than "Ethical" Plumbing. I actually have a HUGE complaint about BUDGET PLUMBING: He had fixed my toilet at a pretty high price, though not outrageous. the toilet would still 'run" periodically, meaning it had not been installed properly, so he sent the guy out again to fix it. It still runs occasionally. I called BUDGET about replacing my hot water heater. It was encased in cabinetry. I told him I would have the cabinets totally removed, which I did. I sent him detailed pictures of the heater with the cabinets removed. I never heard back. I called him again and asked why I hadn't heard from him. He said to resend the pictures. They were very clear--plenty of room to get to the wtr htr. and pipes. I asked him which Lowboy water heater I should order. I sent him model numbers and brand names. NO RESPONSE. This went on for weeks. I finally read about Keven at Royal Flush. Not only did Kevin suggest which heater to purchase, but did it at HALF the price I had been quoted by the "recommended" Budget (my foot!) Plumbing. And Kevin at Royal actually responded to me immediately, was prompt and did a good job.

Kevin was extremely flexible working with our timeline during the many stages of the process. He became "part of the family" and didn't want to be paid until we were 100% happy with his work. I would like to highly recommend him!!! If we have any plumbing issues come up we will definitely use him again!

I would give them 5 stars across the board. I had granite countertops installed, so I had to have a new faucet put in my kitchen. I wasn?t happy with the granite company sent. So, I called this guy just to double check the work that was done. He wound up redoing it. He took a look under my kitchen sink and said, ?this is not the worse job, but this is how I would do it!? So, I went with him. I would definitely use him again. Actually, I am waiting for him, there is a couple of my outdoor spigots that need those frost proof things that get stuck in there. They are on back order so, he will be coming out one more time when he does get the part. Just him came out to do the faucet work. He did it quickly and efficiently. It took a couple of hours. If my water heater was to go, he would be the first guy I would call. I want to make sure he gets the highest of marks.

When he was here fixing the kitchen faucet last time, I said, ?would you mind taking a look at the 3 toilets in the house. He said, ?if you want I could just replace the flapper!? I forgot how much he told me he would charge me, but what he told me he would charge me for 3 brand new toilets was cost effective. He had to order them. He is about 30 miles from me. So, it was the next time that he came to my next of the woods. It was less than a week from when he did my kitchen sick faucet. He did the work incredibly, there should be like an ?A+? for this guy.

There was one worker. He did it over three days, I think. Good responsiveness, knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and that is about it.

I was redoing my laundry room and he moved the pipes over for me, my drainage and everything he moved it over and cleaned up he did a good job he did a good job, he was here when he's suppose to, it was the cheapest. okay, I called somebody name Benjamin something plumbing I called them. they were four times as much as this guy and so I wined up using him. He was local, maybe not local but he was in our area and he did a good job. Everything looks really good, because I can see it I can see the outcome of it my drywall my walls are back so it's good to go. He cleaned up, he cleaned up. The cheapest of all you know a good example is he charged me four hundred and something dollars the next one Benjamin whatever there were they were going to charge me something like fifteen, sixteen, seventeen and there was another company called I don't remember their names I took them out of my head I guess, but they were going to charge me two thousand dollars and then what they did is they negotiated a lower price and it was no better and so I went with this guy and he did really good job, the guy's name that owns the business is Kevin Baylson. I am really picky about people working at my house I could do a lot of the stuff myself so I'm really picky about it, I didn't do this part because I just needed to do other things, he was really nice and clean. He stop working looked at me and answers my questions.
