"My undermount kitchen sink fell in on itself and I was not finding any contractor that would touch and undermount sink. Juan was more than willing and capable. It was a difficult task due to I wanted to replace the sink with a single bowl going from a dual bowl. The new sink was a challenge due to it being it slightly larger and deeper. The cabinet also was challenge, due it being a little small for the new sink as well, so he had to modify it, but it when he put it back together, it was like it never happened. He was able to remove the old sink, install the new sink, and update the plumbing for the single bowl as well. I could not be happier!"

I found Randy and his company on Angie's List in June.

I called Randy to schedule an appointment at my home to review my system since I am a new owner of this house in Sun City Hilton Head.  I did not have problems or an emergency.  This first call was made on June 20, 2015.  Randy was rather overwhelmed that morning when we spoke and he told me "I was trying to decide at the gym how to tell people I am just too busy to take on any new business."  He told me the company was 2 men and they were working till 8:00 at night all week.  He ended the conversation telling me to call back in one month for an appointment.  I said fine and told him to think about taking a short vacation, he sounded that he needed one.

My second call to Randy was this morning at 10:00 and after a call back we began to schedule the service appointment.  I was giving him the address and he said, "Oh, Sun City!  I told myself the last time I drove out of there that I would never go back.  There are problems with Sun City systems."  I explained I had an older home built by Del Webb and he said that did not matter.  I told him I told him the 1st call that I lived in Sun City.  Randy proceed to go though a list of complaints about the location of the community, the problems in the past, etc.  I told Randy he did not have to do the work, I thanked him and hung up the phone.

Randy called my work number back and left a message that he would do the work for me because he said he would.  I returned this telephone call and told him a month before I had said I lived in Sun City.  I did what he said and called back in a month.  I even told him I had tried to contact another company during the 30 days and they were a no show at my home.  I told Randy that the fighting, blah, blah, blah had to end right now.  All I did was try and call to schedule an appointment to have my working irrigation system checked.  He will not be doing this system check. 

This unprofessional telephone manner of insulting customers is disappointing for an "A" rated Angie's List member.  There are far kinder ways of turning down business.

"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
