"B&B Land worx is different from the competition. I would say they are very professional. Customer service and communication is huge for me and they can have all 5 stars for that category. Ive called competitors, if you could even call them that, no one would show up or even call back. They might have answered but thatâ s it. B&B wanted my business and they wanted me to feel like I was getting my moneys worth. Having me check their progress as they progressed. Iâ m very pleased with the clearing and beautiful driveway. I work with contractors daily, I facilitate their work to complete house projects. I believe my review will hold some weight from experience. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys!"

Aquarium Services questions, answered by experts

Costs depend on tank accessibility, size, and local rates. Regular service serves as preventive care, averting costly emergency repairs or system replacements.

A household of four can easily fill a 1,000-gallon septic tank within a week. It may be 10 to 14 days for smaller households. But the reason why you don't need weekly pumping is because the tank's contents eventually reach the overflow pipe. They flow down this pipe to the absorption area whenever water is used in your home. The tank keeps working at this full level until it's pumped again.

Your garbage disposal will only affect the health of your septic tank if you’re using it too frequently, or filling it with organic waste that doesn’t fully break down. If the tank fills up with too many solids, the bacteria won’t have enough time to consume it before more is added, which can lead to an overflow in the drain field. Your tank will need to be pumped more frequently with excessive or improper garbage disposal use.

On average, you should call a pro to pump your cesspool once per year. If you have a larger home with a lot of family members, you may need to pump more (up to six times per year). On the flip side, if you’re talking about a cesspool for a home you don’t use much or if you’re the only occupant in a home, you won’t have to pump nearly as much.

Common drain issues include slow-running drains, whether in a sink or shower, clogged drains, a bad smell, and water backing up into a sink, shower, or bathtub. Causes range from hair, grease, roots, or toilet paper clogging the drainpipes to flooding outside the home, which prevents sewer lines from draining properly.
