The cost exceeded the initial estimate, but I have to give them a pass on that, as there were some real surprises during removal of the old concrete (no grade preparation was done for the original driveway, just concrete poured over uneven ground, so in places it was 4" thick, and in others about 12" thick, making removal very difficult). Carlos Concrete did a good job with leveling the site and placing stone over the ground before pouring, and that should result in a better driveway long-term. My only reservation was a delay in removing the tree roots excavated from the site before pouring the new driveway section. They were professional and friendly."

Our team, consisting of Dallas, Corey, David, Dallas and Alex((2 Dallases),were professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Not only did we see a definite change in the sloping floors, but the cracks closed up and doors stopped sticking. When the crew was done, they cleaned up everything. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out.
