As of now, this looks like 4 days of wasted time as I am not sure their customer service exist. The lady this morning said she would mark as urgent and get to a manager. You would think a simple call to a customer explaining backlog or schedule repair date should not take more than 5 minutes.
Will give them until later today and then move on..."

A family member needed a new HVAC unit, and Walter and his team exceeded our expectations.
