"The quality of the work performed was excellent. I am very pleased with the appearance of the replaced section of my driveway The front steps now look as good as new, as well. The cost exceeded the initial estimate, but I have to give them a pass on that, as there were some real surprises during removal of the old concrete (no grade preparation was done for the original driveway, just concrete poured over uneven ground, so in places it was 4" thick, and in others about 12" thick, making removal very difficult). Carlos Concrete did a good job with leveling the site and placing stone over the ground before pouring, and that should result in a better driveway long-term. My only reservation was a delay in removing the tree roots excavated from the site before pouring the new driveway section. They were professional and friendly."

The work at the most remote corner with only 12 inches of clearance was as well done as the more accessible areas. They did much more than lay down plastic and plop down a dehumidifier - they had to lay a foundation , install a concrete sill wall and install a wall to isolate the crawl space from the porch areas. All of this work was first class. The dehumidifier unit is best in class and is silent. I cannot hear any noise in my living room directly above the operating unit. They guys even recommended Rh monitoring instruments that I can use to feel good that the system delivers the expected results. In fact the warranty and guarantee is written around hard specifications on deliverables. When there is so much mediocrity around, I wanted to go the extra mile to reward this company with positive comments - ones they correctly deserve! "

"They didn't end up doing the work. They were really high on what they wanted to do. Other people who looked at the porch said that it was not causing an issue with any water intrusion and that there doesn't seem to be any signs on the posts that this could have been recent, it could have been long ago. So no work was done. It was a front porch that had just the level concrete on one side was dipping just a little bit. I think they were going to pump it up from underneath or something like that to level it out. I would say that their response time and their professionalism of getting the quote to us on a timely manner was good. The quote was high and yet the work was not necessary according to other quotes. They should be honest to say when repairs are necessary and when they are not. The guy who showed up was nice and professional and was on time. There was a decent response time."
