"It took him awhile to get through all the testing but the repairman found the problem to be a faulty condenser. He replaced the unit, adjusted the price to get a credit for the service call. He was prompt and did a great job to locate the problem. (2 of their repairmen came out 6 months before that and fixed the problem but didn't actually fix the cause). The company did make an adjustment in the repair costs."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"They did a wonderful job. On time, knew what they were doing, had all their tools and needed supplies with them. I hate it when tradesmen need to “go back” or order a part for a job they expected and have had experience doing. They came twice. The first time to diagnose the problem, clean out the pipes, and left me with a usable sink that wouldn’t back up so i could do dishes. Victor was outstanding. Very skilled, good worker. Did a good job cleaning up… didn’t leave a mess behind. Bradley came the next time to finish the job. They had initially been called out to assess for a home warranty claim. Therefore the interval between visits. Bradley took out the unit and replaced it with a new unit. Like Victor, he was also very skilled, Professional on time and did a great job cleaning up after he was done. Both were pleasant and respectful of both person and property. It was a good experience…. No problems with the sink since! I like supporting local family businesses. These guys do honest work at honest prices. They are fair…you Can trust them that they won’t push or sell products you don’t need. Really a breath of fresh air. Just to show up on time is huge in my book. Give these Folks a try. "Had a pipe leak under my slab repaired then there was another failure in the same place approximately a year after the first repair. They dug up the slab and repaired the pipes and said it was my responsibility to redo the slab concrete work. That was about $10,000. When the pipe failed again in a relatively short time I was concerned. They explained that the copper could have developed another pinhole and that wouldn't be warranty. I couldn't get off work to be here for the repair. I asked that they please send me pictures and texts of their findings and this was agreed on. They never texted, sent images or called all day. I got home thinking maybe they were still working but they were gone. They also redid the concrete work which was supposed to be my responsibility. That was about $7500. I was told that the pipe was damaged but the previous repair was fine. The lack of agreed on communication and the concrete work being done made me very suspicious. They probably have good reviews and have good outcomes with other customers but I just can't deal with a business that doesn't honor an agreement. I expressed my suspicion and concern with them and they didn't really seem willing to offer any kind of better explanation or compromise so I won't use them again."
