In fact, he was talking to me about redoing all of our pipes with him. So, I would say he’s the best one. A pipe had broken while we were on vacation, we called him when we got back from vacation. His zip code was 29643, and I was surprised that he would come all that way and he did. The guy was great. Price was excellent, but I have nothing to compare it to though. I thought the price was excellent, I’ve had things done in businesses in plumbing, so I’m familiar with that and I thought it was very reasonable, very fair, beyond fair. Especially with the drive there too. I just hope a lot of people don’t call him in case I need him again. He was excellent, very good."

"I just wanted to leave a quick review. I appreciate Russ with Integrity Plumbing so much. I did not know who to call when my garbage disposal just died with raw chicken I had just stuffed in it. I put in a request in for estimate on Angis app not sure what to expect. Within hours I was on the phone with Russ. He was prompt (actually early which is awesome!) and I had a new disposal within mins. He also noticed how bad the water pressure was and took a look around the house. Benjamin Franklin's technicians performed outstanding service, installing an entire new and superior tankless hot water system, replacing our inferior and dangerously flawed tankless system that no longer performed. The lead technician was up front regarding the reasons for replacement, the cost of replacement, as well as less expensive alternatives. After we decided to replace with a new tankless system and because of the price point, the lead technician suggested time plan payment alternatives which was very helpful.

The day of installation, the crew arrived on time as promised and suggested that the unit be placed on the outside of the house instead of underneath in the crawl space, allowing for easy access for maintenance and trouble shooting as well as for safety. An excellent suggestion since the old tankless system had been installed against a wall in the crawl space underneath our bedroom floor which the lead technician noted, would have been bad for us if the corroded pipes had started leaking gas! Anyway, the entire job was completed without a hitch and again right on time as promised.

The new system has been working perfectly for six months now and we could not be more pleased! I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin and their technical crews to anyone with plumbing issues - two thumbs up!
