They replaced a window in the bay area to match the exterior clad. All trim was stained and by the time things were wrapped up, there were no imperfections to even address. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

I walked in one night right before they were about close and they sat there with me for another 30 minutes patiently and worked with me on what I needed. I am renovating a home in Simpsonville that will be a rental property and I had some concerns about space planning in the main living area and kitchen and felt like I should hire a professional before I pulled the trigger on my cabinet purchase.
