He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. "From the start Mike was very professional and pleasant when he came to give us an estimate for painting the outside soffit around the whole house outside, porch railings, pickets and stairs. When we decided to have him do the job, as his price was reasonable for the work wanted, we called and he stated he would send a contract and have the work done by 10-30-14, which was 2 weeks away and would take 1 1/2 days to complete. He called on 10-21-14 and stated he would be at the house on 10-23-14. All the work was done and it looks terrific. There was no mess to clean up, they did it all.  We are very happy with his work and would highly recommend him and have him do any future painting needed at our home.
