"The completed job is beautiful!! Based on the positive reviews on Angies List I contacted Marcial Vazquez to bid my painting job. I had several contractors come out and complete bids. I also spoke to several who never sent back an estimate, or never showed up when they said they would. Marcial was prompt and professional from the start. I am out of town so I had to arrange all the work via phone and email. He was very thorough, made recommendations, and sent me very complete estimates, breaking out interior, exterior, trim, drywall work, so we could eliminate some work if necessary. His estimate was reasonable, but I was most impressed with how much more thorough and professional he was during the bidding process. His professionalism blew the other contractors away and his price was very reasonable. I hired him, we set a date to start, picked the colors, arranged for him to get in the house and he and his team started. I traveled to work and see progress about half way through. I was very impressed with what had been done so far but also, working side by side with his team, I was very impressed with the work ethic, and attention to detail. They would go back and check and re-patch and re-paint if they didn't feel it was perfect. I didn't have to ask. And if there was anything I wanted different, they were quick to get on it. We had to have some plumbing work done which involved cutting into walls. Right after they were just painted! Marcial and team showed up on Monday, and went to business on two very large drywall patches. No complaints. A very minor charge. As they were working we would find that what they did looked so good, we wanted them to do more, like the deck, the gazebo, the gutters. Always willing, and reasonable. We are having windows replaced later in the summer and he has agreed to come back and do the interior trim touch up required after that is completed. Marcial of Vazquez Painting or Carolina Professional Painting has been a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend this company to anyone and only wish he was available to paint at my permanent home! "

Material choice is a significant cost driver; for example, brick is often more affordable, while metal can be one of the more expensive options. Square-shaped gazebos can also be more expensive to build. Custom features, such as built-in seating or lighting, will increase the total price. Yes, many gazebos are permanent structures built onto the land. However, if you have a portable gazebo that isn’t secured to the ground, you’ll want to check the manufacturer’s instructions to understand when to put it away. Generally speaking, when it’s particularly windy or wet outside, you should take down your temporary gazebo.
