Jim is the consummate professional! He goes above and beyond just the installation. He can do electrical, plumbing, etc. He is truly a perfectionist as well as a one-man show and absolutely amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend Jim for all your cabinet needs, as well as other jobs you may have.
We had a leak after 18 months. We had a Lifetime Warranty at the time of installation. The company has failed to honor the warranty and does not return emails or phone calls. They have done nothing to resolve the problem. I would not recommend them as they do not back their engineering or...
'58 Foundations & WaterproofingWhile the process takes time due to the utility connections, Grasten personnel stayed on top of the process once a couple of initial kinks were resolved. (Key person was without a phone for a couple days). Each group of installers was professional and the end product looks and works great.
