"Work was substandard the first time they came to remove construction stains from a new tub. They left stains in the tub still and got their green abrasive all over the painted walls and just left it. It needed to be repainted. Then when they came to correct tubs they failed to clean the first time, the technician explained he was the one that was there the first time. He was annoyed that he had to come back and also said that we could just do it ourselves. Very unprofessional. If we had done it ourselves, the wall wouldnt need to be repainted because of your careless work."
