"Mr. Mike is truly an honest and very admirable handy man. He is true to his word and explains to you everything he is doing on your home remodel project. He listens to you about everything you want in your remodel plans. I was very nervous to find someone to help me redo my front main bathroom again after the first contractor never showed back up to finish the job. Mr. Mike showed up on time. He looked at my floor and looked at my bathroom. He immediately knew I had a water leak. The tile grout was all cracking on the bathroom floor and the bathroom had a terrible smell like old wet rotted wood. Mr. Mike gutted the bathroom again told me there was no rubber liner used for the shower and I had black mold. I was so upset, but Mr. Mike was so nice and calm which made me feel better. He basically rebuilt my entire bathroom. It only took him 5 days. He also found electrical wires by my water lines!! I am over the moon happy about my new bathroom and beautiful floors throughout my whole house. He also installed new interior doors. I loved the guys work and honesty so much that I redid another bathroom in my back bedroom. Mr. Mike is a handy man keeper!"

"We were in need of multiple projects for outside home repairs. We also wanted ONE contractor if possible to go through for all projects. PBR fit the bill and then some. From Soffit / Fascia repair / replacement, pressure washing - re-painting all work, to a seem-less gutter system install, it has been a great experience to have PBR on the job. From start to finish, we have been overwhelmed with their outstanding experience, knowledge of things that needed to be done, timely cost estimates and an immediate response to all projects and a "Top-Notch" job each and every time. We have had so many compliments from neighbors, friends etc., who pop by and are very impressed by everything they see. "Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"
