"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"Christian, our EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL installer was truly a breath of fresh air. We’ve generally NOT had good experiences with ANY type of installers or repair technicians since covid hit. We always seemed to get “bottom of the barrel” poorly trained techs with “questionable” experience skillsets. Not so with Christian. He reached out almost immediately after I started the listing for the job, maintained communication and showed up on time. I thought he was only going to check the site(house) out and take some notes today, but he took a look with me, we discussed mounting location options, AND HE WENT TO WORK IMMEDIATELY!! He knocked it out in about 2 hrs, and was EXTREMELY POLITE and a pleasure to speak with THE WHOLE TIME!! We will DEFINITELY reach out to him again when we have another PROFESSIONAL technology need!
