Although I have built, some new homes my expertise is in Remodeling and Restoration, projects have ranged from basic Bath and Kitchen remodels to more complex additions where structural load bearing walls are removed and the load is redistributed in order to achieve the design. I have done 2nd floor additions on one story homes as well as completely gutting the interior of a house and starting over. The main goal is to give the homeowner what the designer has composed as well as a high quality finish at the best price possible. I am an onsite builder who is there to help guide the owner though the process; I assist both the owner and architect in any way needed to make sure the project goes smoothly with as little stress as possible.
