I formerly owned and operated RL Melton Construction of Hartsville, as a licensed SC Residential Builder. I successfully became a SC General Contractor upon passing the required tests in 2007. The General Contractors' license entitles me to perform both residential and commercial construction projects.

Although Tri-Star Construction Services is a new entity, I have over 20 years of construction experience.
