Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. Very well! They went over a few items before leaving, and described what was found and what might be causing the problem and how cercerning it couldn't or couldn't be. The report was sent in a very timely manner. Report was very well laid out and easy to understand. Was able to take care of many of the issues right away after clearly seeing what needed to be done by the clear comment notes and pictures.

Terrific! My son (filled in for me) accompanied Mike McEwan (Inspector) during the walk through inspection. He answered all questions my son had and explained, in detail, items in the house and their function that my son was unfamiliar with, as well as pointing out problems and/or concerns. My son was very impressed with Mr. McEwan. I received the completed inspection report within three (3) days following inspection. Upon contacting Mr. McEwan with questions I had, I found him to be very responsive and helpful in answering my questions. He encouraged me to call him with any additional questions I may have at anytime, I did. I too am very impressed with Mr. McEwan. He was very accessible before, during and after the inspection. I did purchase the property. Thank you!

Hubert was extremely thorough and pointed out areas of concern I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. His inspection ultimately helped me reduce the price being asked for on house to account for potential repairs. He took excellent photos of all concern areas and returned PDF of inspection within 24 hours of completion. He also came out to do inspection on Memorial Day weekend when other inspectors were not available, at no extra charge. I was very pleased with his work, and would highly recommend him.
