700 Having a problem with sand filter for the last month. Water is backing up into the back wash hose even when hose is not in use. Now the pump is leaking and stopped working so we can't use the pool. Have tried for about a month to call the contractor. Does not answer or return calls or emails.

Also, while he was here doing the project initially, a neighbor of mine asked if I was happy with his work, well, I said yes because he was a nice guy and was working to complete the requested tasks. Based on my recommendation, they also decided to use him for a project. He repeatedly told them he would come out and start but blew off their appointments just as he has done to me. VERY disappointing. again, I have given him more than half a dozen chances to make this right before submitting reviews but apparently he doesn't feel the need. VERY DISAPPOINTING."
