Completed the prep work of removing grass for the expansion, the path and the pad by the lake,Prepped the area with paver base and ABC stone,  Laid new pavers to the area, built the fir pit and the knee walls. Cemented the edges of the patio, walkway and pad. Covered all the area with poly sand for a firm unmovable patio.  This also included removal of a small tree and relocation of two Sego palms.  The area was cleaned up upon completion of the project and all waste was removed.

I was home for three weeks and did not tell the owner I was in town. I made my payments on line and when I returned to work I had an invoice for two lawn services. I contacted the owner and told him I was home when he claimed he cut my grass. He informed me that I must not have seen them and must have been out of the home while they were servicing my yard. Excuse me I KNOW the difference between grass that has been cut and not cut. I KNOW when a yard has died. But what really upset me is he professed to be honest and a Christian. I informed him his services would no longer be needed and I would pay him to avoid being turned over for a collection and if he was sincere about refunding my money and paying for the damages caused by his crew I would expect a refund check. If he was a Christian and a man of his word I would expect that he would have sent me a refund check and it has been three months with no refund.

I have since hired another lawn CARE service company and the cost to undo the damages caused by David's crews have exceeded $750.00 dollars in the past six weeks.

If taking time of from work to take him to court I would but hopefully this poor review will make David Alston realize that if he did a bad deed and wanted to right a wrong in the name of his Christianity then he should have acted sooner and been a man of his word and been honest about his services.

First of all, David Alston actually came out when he was scheduled to give us an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and provided suggestions, but more importantly, he listened to our ideas and did not try to oversell as some others did. The paver project came out especially well, and neighbors were stopping in to see the progress and commenting on how well the paver was doing and how meticulous he was. All in all, it was a very good experience and we are very pleased with the project.

I've been using them since April. They're very good and I'm very happy with their service. They're inexpensive on cutting bushes, which is important, but they're not inexpensive on cutting the grass and are about average. They're very reasonable on doing the bushes and they do a good job.
