Company sub-contracted company (Marr Painting) through 360 painting. Contractor did not hook up washing machine properly paint is peeling off in every room and used vacuum without permission and broke it

They scraped the popcorn ceilings and were attentive to every detail, explaining every bit of the process. They also painted a couple of bedrooms and did an excellent job. They were so easy to work with, so helpful with deciding paint color( and I couldn't be happier with the color we picked ), and they did the job in a timely manner. Everyone was so friendly! The level of professionalism is top notch! Also, our quote was very reasonable and affordable! This was seriously one of the easiest companies I have ever worked with. They made this experience fun and hassle-free for us. We absolutely LOVE how the project turned out! It's amazing the transformation and how the new paint color looks! I could stare at it for house! 360 Painting was very professional and easy to work with. They were able to schedule us in quickly and finished the job in the time they estimated. We felt like we were in good hands from the beginning virtual tour (due to COVID-19), with expertise color consulting, a great painting crew, and multiple check-ins throughout the process to make sure we were happy with the work performed and if we needed anything or had questions. We would definitely consider 360 Painting with any other needs we have in the future (given this is a new house for us)!

360 was very professional and out of the six estimates we got their price was fair. They did a fantastic job paying attention to every detail. They checked on a daily basis to be sure that everything was being done to our satisfaction. We couldn t be more pleased with the way the job came out.

Highly recommend 360 Painting! John, Elias, & team are extremely professional and customer-oriented. We could not be happier with the work that has been done. By removing the popcorn ceilings and adding crown molding, they have brought our 30 year home into the 21st century. It now feels elegant and elevated; not old and dingy. They made sure that all of our needs were met - and more. Extremely responsive to texts & calls. Quality work done in a very timely manner.

Overall the service was very good. I think they they were a little pushy when it came to the payment especially when they charge a 5% late fee if payment is not made within 25 hrs after completion of job.

360 came out after the popcorn was redone and John and Elias sent another team out to correct the issues I had with the ceilings. I appreciated them taking the time to examine and send another crew out to fix the issues at no cost to me. The second crew was very thorough and did an awesome job!
