Each time they came out to defrost and repair the refrigerator I had of course water laying on my laminate flooring. What I did not realize was how much damage was being caused over a period of 6 months. Those floors are ruined and I am now in the process of having to pay for new flooring again. I would say all in all my purchase and the waste of food and now new flooring was extremely expensive, not to mention the frustration involved. Then my Mechanic told me his story about Hall's.

They were wonderful. Allowed me to put an appliance on lay a way with no lay a way fee and then delivered it the day I finished paying for it. No delivery charge and everyone was great. I would definitely use there service again.

We had no warranty on the fridge or the house, yet Hall's stepped up and admitted the fridge was the kind that breaks down often. The technician seemed chagrined by it. I wish the previous owners hadn't stuck us with it, but at least it's running again. The service technician was prompt, efficient, and honest.

They called the morning they were on their way. However, an hour and a half came and went without seeing them. I called and found out that the job before mine was taking longer than expected. They arrived shortly after that.

I was happy to find someone not too far away. I had difficulty finding someone at first. One company I called referred me to Hall Appliance since it would be closer.
