Using Angie’s List, I sent out 8-10 requests for an estimate and only received 2 replies: one who was unable to take on any more clients and Mr. Balderas who came out promptly and provided a fair priced quote for the job. He started the following week. It has been just over a month now and I am very satisfied with the quality and reliability of their work. Tree trimming and mulch placement have been discussed but have not yet been done"

"The two man work crew arrived exactly when promised.  The work was completed in about 5 hours (as estimated).  We had previously had a problem with drainage of the air conditioning condensation and therefore had moist air being ventilated through the house.  This had caused mold to begin to grow on the registers and discoloration of some of the walls.  We had a plumbing company correct the drainage issue.  Ron's not only cleaned the air ducts, but thoroughly cleaned the registers and the discolored areas on the walls.  We were very pleased with the work completed.  The final bill was exactly as estimated, they arrived on time, and completed the work in the time estimated.
