This is an extremely rare instance where I truly felt I received great service for every cent paid. Mr. Sims did a phenomenal job on the entire house, walkways, patio, deck/porch, driveway; the work was thorough, exacting, and diligently performed. He also pointed out 'problem areas' and how to address them (myself, not hyping himself). I walked by the washed garage door and was almost blinded by the bright whiteness! Outstanding work! He was prompt and courteous. He worked non stop for almost three hours. I felt his prices were on the high side. I felt disappointed in that he missed a couple things. I missed taking up one (3x5) mat on the deck. He did not ask me to remove, nor did he pick it up for me - he power washed around it, As well as an empty flower pot Moving those items would have taken one minute and it would have meant the world to me. Therefore, I can't give him the 5th star

Mr.Sims and his crew pressure washed our driveway and patio. They cleaned thirty three windows on our home and did an excellent job. They were prompt courteous and very professional. We have scheduled them to return to pressure wash our Tennis court. We recommend them highly.
