No complaints. Gerald did a great job. On time and cleaned up after. Particularly happy with how he got the trim clean up, nice and white again!

This is an extremely rare instance where I truly felt I received great service for every cent paid. Mr. Sims did a phenomenal job on the entire house, walkways, patio, deck/porch, driveway; the work was thorough, exacting, and diligently performed. He also pointed out 'problem areas' and how to address them (myself, not hyping himself). I walked by the washed garage door and was almost blinded by the bright whiteness! Outstanding work! Anyone needing power-washing needs to look no further. Bravo!

He was prompt and courteous. He worked non stop for almost three hours. I felt his prices were on the high side. I felt disappointed in that he missed a couple things. I missed taking up one (3x5) mat on the deck. He did not ask me to remove, nor did he pick it up for me - he power washed around it, As well as an empty flower pot Moving those items would have taken one minute and it would have meant the world to me. Therefore, I can't give him the 5th star

Mr.Sims and his crew pressure washed our driveway and patio. They cleaned thirty three windows on our home and did an excellent job. They were prompt courteous and very professional. We have scheduled them to return to pressure wash our Tennis court. We recommend them highly.

Quick response and appointment scheduled. Local owner, would definitely recommend but without going through Home Advisor, since they barrage you with unrequested, unnecessary follow up calls. Cost was affordable and care was taken with my home and items. Will definitely hire again, but warn everyone reading this about the unfair charges to small business service providers by Home Advisor.
