"By far the worst contractor I have ever hired. Two months after deposit did the fence actually get put up..It was installed and during a week that it rained for out of 5 days, and still isnt secure.., and well past a month from the original date of installation.. Mike Jones has not communicated with me in a professional manner.. , I would call and he wouldnt get back to me for 5 days... continues to call me "baby" and sweetheart, darling... after I told him it makes me uncomfortable!!! He is half my age and , he continues to do it...TOTALLY degrading to women ... MrJones also wanted complete payment upfront and via draft from my account.. Absolutely not!! I have never had to pay a contractor for n full before the job is completed, and certainly wont allow him to draft from my bank account! I tried to get a refund in the first week of February because he hasn't fulfilled his promises (and he promised alot of things falsely).. He said that that wasnt an option for me, I had already paid 2/3 of the total bill and not one thing had been done at my house nothing!!! I had to get him on the phone and threaten to blast him online just to get him to show up... My fence still isn't finished.. he says he cant stain it for another 60 days.. but wants money to do it...so I paid in December and my fence isnt gonna be done until mid April.. Its only a partial fence , no gates no total enclosure Nothing has been done to professional satisfaction... and I am disappointed in choosing this company... strongly advise to stay far away from Mike and His smoke screen storeis he feeds me... He first told me that a man only gets one name... well I have a few for him.. ."

"I hired Tim and company to assemble Gazebo and asked if had experience in assembling and assure me and he came out to start assembly and the first day pointed out quite error and ,mistake and hg e assured me that he would be able to repair and without any noticeable blemishes on the work. Second day came on the morning and continued the assembly and afternoon on the lunch they went lunch and never cam back and f would not available and would not responded my voice messages. They dragged the expensive wood over concretes and left scratches all over the wood."

You will be working directly with the owner of the company, so you can be sure that your are taken care of correctly. Phillip moved to illinois in 2016 and started his business. He has been doing landscaping since 2000 and has his degree in Horticulture and in business. His construction experience is various from growing up on a farm, where his family together, build their own home, to working for other companies on various projects, to flipping properties. He never showed up or called to state he wasn’t coming. I texted him to see if he was going to do the estimate ….He never answered!! I texted him again a day later to tell him it was disrespect and bad business, not only for himself but Angie’s list!! His reply was “Who’s this” I will not be attempting to contact them again nor will I use Angie’s for referrals in the future. This whole incident left a bad taste in my mouth !!"
