We are a construction and landscape company that offers a wide array of services. We do full home remodels, home build, additions, home maintenance, patios, decks, fence construction, drywall work, drainage, siding, gutters, windows and doors, and small handyservices as well. Our landscaping services include full landscape design, construction, and installation to keep it looking great year round. We are a small growing company. You will be working directly with the owner of the company so you can be sure that you are taken care of correctly. Phillip Wine moved to illinois in 2016 and started his business. He has been doing landscaping since 2000 and has his degree in Horticulture and in business. His construction experience is various from growing up on a farm, where his family together build their own home, to working for other companies on various projects, to flipping properties. We are eager to help you with your design, new build, remodel, landscape, or any projects that you need help with. Contact us, and we will make your vision come true.

"I called customer and set up appointment promptly. As always, I informed customer that we charge a $45 estimate fee to actually come out and look at the project as we always do. We like to keep our cost to all customers fair, so we ask that customers cover the cost that it takes for us to drive to their jobsite and spend the time with them to consult or give estimates. Many companies have estimate fees. I am always clear with prospective customers that we have one during our conversation before I arrive. I only met the customer during this one estimate process, and sent him the estimate within 1 week. No work was done, so there is not anything that can be given a rating otherwise."
