Called them late in the afternoon the day before the service was rendered, the first question was is it an emergency? The service I needed was not an emergency, however, the appointment was made for the morning of the next day. He arrived on time, was very professional, and putted on shoe covering before entering into my home . The plumbing was done quickly and he cleaned up all debris from the job site. I highly recommend them.

Courteous customer service and sent some one out to fix my problem in a timely manner! Would highly recommend!!

Hired Mark and Son plumbing to repair a running toilet. The Tech that came out and purchased an aftermarket replacement part that did not fit. He then recommended I rebuild the toilet at higher cost. I ask him if could go and get an OEM part from the plumbing warehouse less than 2 miles from the house. He stated no because he does not have an account at that plumbing warehouse and it would be more if he had make another trip. The OEM replacement part is for a Kohler that can be purchased almost any where lowes, home depot, Ferguson, and etc... I think the tech purchased a cheap replacement and then was going up sell me because it didn't fit. I talked with the owner of the company with no resolution to the issue so I dismissed the tech and repair the toilet myself with the OEM part from Lowes. Beware of cheap non OEM parts and non truthful Techs.

Mark and Sons Plumbing has done two jobs for me and I have been very satisfied on both occasions, They scheduled me quickly and finished the work efficiently.

Very friendly and efficient and gave us a detailed rundown of the problems with our toilet and sink drain.

I ended up needing a tile expert not a plumbing issue. But service charge and diagnosis was accurate. Responded in a very timely manner. Would use them again due to their quick response.

quick response, thought they were coming for an estimate for running plumbing, bathroom work & they worked 9 hrs to complete the job. Excellent service. Only thing was that after installing a shower they don't put the doors on. Would recommend & will also use again.
