"Johnny and Dexter were here on time, knew exactly what to do, and got the job done. They removed the bath tub and all down to the base. They installed a beautiful gray surround, new base, new fixtures and grab bars, and sliding glass doors. Great JOB! Will tell my neighbor about it, and he will probably have them do his too."

"Excellent experience with Five Star Bath Solutions of Charlotte. All work was done exactly as described in a timely and excellent manner. Hannah, Emilio and Steve were thorough and a pleasure to work with handling the planning process. Kudos to Mike and Junior, the installers, who left the bath and bedroom essentially spotless while ripping out the old tile and bath. My new shower looks great and is exactly what I wanted. All work was done in one day and I didn’t have to clean up anything. So I would recommend this company 100%. They are also one of few who work in condos and guarantee the work for life."

"Communication with Alex was extremely pleasant and not pushy at all like a lot of people, very helpful in helping me acquire the materials I need and they grabbed the ones I couldn’t get. Derek did the remodel by himself and did an excellent job, would absolutely have him come back for more work if needed. I absolutely recommend Cransten to anybody looking for work to be done on a budget."

"We had originally thought a new tub/shower combo would be fine, but the longer I thought about it I realized I needed a walk in shower I called customer service to change the order. Even though it was past the time for changes the agent, Dylan was able to make it happen for us. I was elated! the service from sales, Mort, to customer service, to the insaller David M and his team mate was great. The job was completed in 1 day and the clean up was really good too. David communicated very well on the day of install. Very impressed and will recommend this company if asked who did our work."
