"Joy called to confirm an appointment for 5pm today it’s 6.17 and she hasn’t showed up! Tried to call her no answer, this would have been her third visit to our home. First time she came with the parts and the tv did not work she called to schedule an apppointment we agreed 2 hours later she called again to say the part hasn’t arrived she has to cancel. She called today and schedule for 5pm it’s coming up to 6.20 no show. I have no confidence in this lady and the company she works for. Our tv is 14 months old and is faulty for about a month now still awaiting for it to be fixed! You buy the extra warranty to have peace of mind but all we get is aggravation and people who has no manners or work ethics."
