RYAN'S APPLIANCE SVC

He could not diagnose the problem so said he'd come back another time with another worker. Said he wasn't familiar with my model. Work was postponed twice so I cancelled. I had used Ryan's before a couple times and was perfectly satisfied.

We were told the part may take a day or so to come in. It took longer, which is okay, but every time I called the company I got NO answer and NO return phone call to let me know the part had not come in, this was not okay. Ultimately the part was replaced and I guess he felt bad about his bad communication with us that he never asked  to be paid.  I have used this company before, several years ago, and had no problem with their service then, but I would not use them again. They just happened to be the only service provider who could come out  the next day, everybody else was 2-4 days response time.

.Ryan checked the dryer's heating element, thermostat parts and fuses. The thermostat parts were faulty, and he had replacement parts in his truck. So, everything got fixed quickly and far far cheaper than a new dryer. We have called upon Ryan a couple of times in the past, and he has always been prompt, friendly and very competent. We have been very satisfied with his attention and will always call him first, in the future.
