Jerry always comes at the appointed time and does excellent careful work. His charges are reasonable and in line with what he tells you in advance. After some bad experiences I would never consider calling anyone else.

He answers promptly and arrived within a very reasonable amount of time. This is the second time we have used Elite for repair and both times he is polite, friendly and efficient. He found the problem in the main circuit board of the washer and gave me the option to replace.

We were extremely pleased with their work. With these new washers, I don't think they last as long as the older ones. I would highly recommend them. I would call them back in a heartbeat if I needed service.
